IF YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, we would appreciate your consideration in turning on the A/C BEFORE we arrive( summer only).

You MUST provide us with the EXACT and COMPLETE Model number from the appliance(s) requiring service. If you do not and we must make a second trip to return with parts you will be charged for a second Service Call.

Service Hours from 11am to 7pm M-F.  If you have an appointment PLEASE call the office after 10:00am for an APPROXIMATE  window of arrival. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT PROMISE AN EXACT TIME OF ARRIVAL. 

We ask that you provide us with all phone numbers so that we may contact you prior to the arrival of our staff. We will TRY to make at least one attempt to contact you 5-10 mins before we arrive. If you do not answer the phone your appointment WILL be lost and you will have to call our office for another apointment date. You will also be charged the standard Service Call rate for any missed appointments.
